Accounts Receivable Associate - Hourly - Spring 2019

Works with internal and external customers to procure payment of Accounts Receivable balances due. Performs activities under moderate supervision.

Prepares statements of accounts for customers.Answers customer inquiries.

Prepares analysis of accounts.

May conduct root cause analysis of late payments and suggests process improvements.

Assists in preparing mid- month and month end reporting.

Participates in projects related to Accounts Receivable improvement.

Performs other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

Enrolled in associate degree program in accounting or business related fields.

Requires relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Selection Criteria:

GPA must be 3.0 or higher.

Candidates must demonstrate strong communication, excellent customer service and strong time management skills.
