This is an exciting opportunity in Neillsville, WI for a Mold Technician on 3rd shift.

Position Summary: This position is responsible for manufacturing component parts for final assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform setup, startup, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of the injection molding presses and auxiliary equipment

  • Independently perform machine adjustments within allowable parameters. Follow process sheets.

  • Apply all safety, quality, ITAR and other plant processes and procedures to the products

  • Completing proper production, quality, and required paperwork per station

  • Keep work area safe and clean (5S – Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)

  • Assume responsibility for quality workmanship that meets and/or exceeds customer expectations

  • Material handling including operating a forklift and overhead crane.

  • Troubleshoot and solve day to day equipment and mold issues

  • Perform minor machine maintenance

  • Perform other duties as directed by the Team Leader

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work well with others

  • Ability to follow directions

  • Ability to read blueprints, job data sheets, safety instructions, etc.

  • Good written and oral communication skills

  • Self motivated

Education & Experience: 1-2 years' experience working in a similar position is preferred

Physical Requirements :

  • Must be able to lift up to 75lbs

  • Must be able to walk/stand at least 75% of the time including during required overtime hours.

Base hourly rate commensurate with experience.
