Plans, orders and expedites materials needed in the facility to ensure continuous operations of the facility.
Plans, orders, and expedites materials needed in the facility.Provides information for affected cross-functional areas for the facility.Develops and maintains spreadsheets and databases to assist with responsibilities; analyzes data; audits pull signals and overall system performance; measures supplier delivery performance.Coordinates inventory levels relative to facility capacity and capability; compiles and schedules orders.May work with suppliers to resolve issues regarding procedures, delivery, status updates, and other matters.Completes daily reconciliation of purchase orders to invoices in the procurement system.Tracks, evaluates, and maintains evolving data related to facility needs for new product introduction.Interfaces and communicates with internal customers; directs people to the appropriate resource; researches solutions and responds to email and phone inquiries.Participates in the development and maintenance of improvement processes; actively participates in self- and team audits and resulting process improvements.Understands the structure of the organization and develops a strong network across departments; draws on network to answer questions, solve problems, and successfully execute responsibilities.Demonstrates confidentiality in execution of all responsibilities.Performs other duties as required, to get the job done.Travel as required by the work.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
Candidate must be able to operate a fork lift, hoist and crane.
Chauffer’s license as required with medical release or ability to obtain.
Ability to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds.
